Returns and Refunds Information

You may return an item for a refund, the only exception is personalised /memory gift items which are non refundable except in the case of an error on the item.

All other items are eligible for refund. You are required to contact via the contact form shown on the contact us page and state you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt.

You have 14 days from the date of notification stating a refund request to return the items and for them to be received. Once received a refund for the cost of the item will be processed so long as the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
